Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms stated below.


Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever occurs earlier.

After this period, orders are automatically processed and sent for fulfilment; therefore, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

To request cancellation, please contact our support team immediately via email with your order details.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.


Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders Policy

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for customer convenience. However, to maintain service quality and prevent misuse:

  • Customers must provide a valid phone number and complete address.

  • Our team may contact you via call, SMS, or WhatsApp for order confirmation before shipping.

  • Orders may be automatically cancelled if confirmation is not received.

  • Refusal to accept a COD order at the time of delivery may lead to future COD restrictions.

  • Repeated fake or non-serious orders may result in permanent service denial.

COD handling or convenience fees (if charged) are non-refundable once the order is shipped.


Returns & Replacement Eligibility

We accept return or replacement requests only under the following conditions:

✅ Product received is damaged
✅ Product received is defective or not working
✅ Incorrect item delivered
✅ Item significantly different from product description
✅ Package lost during transit (confirmed by courier)

To be eligible for return or replacement:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • You must provide clear photos or unboxing video proof

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • All accessories must be included

Failure to provide proper proof may result in rejection of the claim.


Situations Where Returns Are Not Accepted

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Customer ordered wrong product

  • Minor color or design variation due to screen or lighting

  • Delivery delay caused by courier or logistics partner

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by customer

  • Customer unavailable at delivery time

  • Refusal to accept COD order

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Normal wear and tear


Refund Policy

Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days

  • Refund mode: Original payment method / Bank Transfer / UPI (for COD orders)

  • Customers must provide correct banking or UPI details for COD refunds

Shipping charges, COD fees, and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the error occurred from our side.

In certain situations, we may provide a replacement instead of refund, depending on product availability.


Return Shipping Responsibility

Depending on the case:

  • If the issue is from our side (damage/defect/wrong product), we will cover return costs.

  • If return is requested for any other reason (if approved), the customer may bear shipping charges.

We reserve the right to inspect returned items before approving refunds.


Non-Returnable Products

Certain categories may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or usage sensitivity unless defective upon arrival.


Shipping & Delivery Policy

Therefore:

  • Orders may take 5–12 business days for delivery depending on location.

  • Tracking information will be provided once available.

  • Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Courier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Festivals or peak seasons

  • Remote locations

  • Government restrictions

  • Unexpected logistics disruptions


Important Policy Notice

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees

  • We are not responsible for courier delays once shipped

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping information

  • Refunds will not be issued due to shipping delays beyond our control

  • Orders refused at delivery will not qualify for refunds


Failed Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)

If an order is returned back to us due to:

  • Customer unavailable

  • Wrong address

  • Refusal to accept

  • Phone not reachable

We reserve the right to:

  • Deduct shipping and handling costs

  • Require prepaid payment for re-shipping

  • Deny future COD orders
